Mak Haus Boutique Return Policy

At Mak Haus Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit under the following guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached.
Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or damage.
Shoes must be returned in their original box.

Store Credit

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Store credit will be delivered via email and never expires.
Refunds to original payment methods are not offered.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items
Accessories (including hats, bags, jewelry, scarves)
Bodysuits, swimwear, intimates
Gift cards
Items marked “Final Sale”

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Mak Haus Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us at shop@makhausboutique.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
